He didn't take a cookie cutter approach at all and I think that is a ignorant statement. Unlike a health coach he spent years studying biology, chemistry, and human anatomy to understand how food can be used as medicine. He looks at the WHOLE person and ADDS food to their lives to help them heal. Most health coaches I meet all came from the same place- the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where the only admission process is whether you can pay their expensive tuition or not (unless you say you were referred by another IIN Grad which is a total pyramid scheme!!!) Nutritionist do not take "cookie cutter" approaches.
