Medicare Part D Drug Plans
As Part D of Medicare was outset, Humana’s scheme was to use their Part D contract coverage as a loss-leader. Humana has been America’s starring Medicare Reward contract company since the early 1970s.
Humana’s HMOs (Advantage plans) have had high market share in Texas and Florida since the Medicare HMO inception. Humana knows the worth of getting “out of the box” early even if this means every added Medicare Part D client causes a financial loss. There are presently fifteen nationwide insurers offering Part D coverage and centered of regional actors in this nationwide drama as to who will actually stay in this industriousness.
For the medicare insurer, the sign administrative and marketing expenses are astounding. As the insurer gets it foot in the door and goes the initial stage, the market becomes a printing press for earnings.
Humana medicare insurance lost $187 for every member that signed up for their plan at Part D’s inception on January, 2011. These deprivations were caused by medicare insurance having rates that were well lower than their contender, ARP/United Insurance. This aggressive valuation caused Medicare Part D by Humana to capture 23.6% of the stand-alone nationwide market, as opposed to ARP Medicare Part D market share of 11.5%.
As one would ask, Humana’s Part D protection insurance coverage had record price processes for calendar year 2011. Part D mean insurance premium rose from $21.75 to $38.65 for 2011. I also could not find the medicare rewards page. Also, someone with an education should read the garbage written at the beginning of this page. It is so poorly written that it doesn’t make sense. It is full of semantic blanks (groups of words which make no sense).
One month of the same question and still no reply!!! What’s the problem?
Hey everyone! I just called the 1-800 number and explained the problem. I was told to type Humana.com/MedicareRewards in box at the very top left-hand side where you might see “http” or “www”. By attempting to access the site through Google or other search engines like we are all trying to do, every one of Humana’s sites are pulled up. Hope this helps. Judy

Humana tells me to go to this site and order my reward, but there is no such site to order. ??????? I hope you respond better to peoples needs than this!
This is a useless site! No help at all.
This is for your information only and i suspect you need the real site for where you can really buy or purchase the coverage that you want.
We are only providing information as is and these are mostly from contributors to the site and subscribers who wrote these articles for information and guidance only..
the owner of the site apologize for any misconception about this..
Thanks
For those of you who are having trouble getting into Humana Rewards: You are all entering the website WRONG! the H-M-R ALL need to be capitolized, just as it is printed in the book.
What a joke–go to Humana.com/medicarerewards as told and there isn’t a site to order!!!!!!
I agree with the previous posts. Some one should do something about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Humana seems to have a big circle and keeps sending you around and around and around. Might as well give up.
And they also spend a lot of money on postage sending me junk mail.
