Things Not to Eat on the Homeopathic HCG Diet
There are things you shouldn’t eat while on the homeopathic HCG diet. It is a diet, after all. There is effort, time and will power involved. No one is going beside you actually refusing to allow non-approved foods to reach your mouth.
That would be nice. How many of us have watched a celebrity go from size 22 to size 2 in 2 months and moaned and griped that if we had the money to pay someone to monitor us 24 hours a day and refuse to allow us to eat and refuse to allow us to stop exercising…we’d be able to do the same thing? But that’s just being petty. Why shouldn’t they be able to be skinnier than us? We stare at them constantly. We’ve given them complexes. That’s why they used to try to keep the HCG dieting technique all to themselves!
Now that we’ve all got access through the introduction of homeopathic HCG options and general publicity…we can all have the same drastic results as the celebrities we’ve always envied! But we can’t get the weight loss if we don’t follow the rules. It’s a strict protocol so there are definitely things you can and can’t eat. Here are some that will pop up:
What to Eat while on homeopathic HCG:
-grilled chicken (stick to recommended seasonings…it can make a big difference)
-steamed asparagus (any healthy preparation method will do, but avoid salt if possible)
-cabbage (steamed with pepper)
-fresh strawberries
-grapefruit (1/2 a red grapefruit is one serving)
-filet mignon
-tilapia
-buffalo (yes, buffalo…give it a try. It’s HCG approved)
Things Not to Eat While on the
Homeopathic HCG Diet:
-broccoli (it doesn’t matter how it’s cooked…it’s not approved)
-blackberries
-carrots
-marbled steak (obviously the ”marbled” part means its fatty)
-chicken leg (stick to the leaner breast portions)
-sausage
-bell peppers (not HCG approved…check your lists!)
Veteran dieters sometimes have a hard time adjusting to the diet because some of the things they consider ”good” dieting choices are not approved on the diet. It’s one of the reasons that the homeopathic HCG diet offers more drastic results than its counter parts in the weight loss industry. It’s strict and it’s specific. And if you follow the rules exactly you’ll most likely hit the average weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per day and following the rules has never had a reward that is more worth the effort.
